Jack Davis' excellence shines through with high quality work choreographing the movement of thrilling dogfight action onto a page. Actual reference on how these biplanes and their limitations had to be studied for such realistic images of a duel that are an extention of a soldier's duty and nobility.

Great page--love seeing Davis do "straight" adventure in the EC War and SF comics in his singular cartoony style. Very cool!

That's a fantastic page, Steve! Congrats! Did Kurtzman do any editing on this book, because that center tier has the feel of Kurtzman's cinematographic approach.
