I love house ads and I can not lie.
I love big art and I can not lie.
This one is a doozy...this one is a double doozy!

From the classic Superman team of Dan Jurgens and Brett Breeding comes this 1991 house ad of Superman: Time And Time Again! This is a storyline that ran through the Superman titles in 1991 where Superman is found traveling through time, bouncing between the past and the 30th Century where he encounters three incarnations of the Legion of Superheroes. This is on two 11x17 boards, it is big! Beautiful central image of Superman as he is propelled through the past and present. Some nice Kirby Krackle in there too. Used as a two page spread house ad and as a single page house ad. Prime Jurgens art, this was one year before the Death of Superman storyline. I feel lucky to have this one. Just a great piece.

I love house ads too (but didn't have nearly as much luck as you at securing them). This is prime Jurgens/Breeding piece from the stongest era of the Man Of Steel's published history !

I considered going after this one myself, but in the end I thought "It's not by Grummett, so I'll let Shemp have it!". I have to say, these are some of the finest inks Breeding ever did over Jurgens, really perfect!

Great house ads are like movie trailers and give you a sense of the story and jack up the hype factor to fans.

Wow! Love the layout with a disoriented Supes at center. And so much great detail throughout! Congrats!
