Description

This was my first sketch since the pandemic of 2020 began and I have to say that I'm very disappointed.

I asked Larry for a full-figure Polaris. He wrote the request on a cardboard box and asked me three more times before I walked away if it was Polaris that I wanted. I paid him, as well. Went I went to pick it up, this is what I received: a profile head-shot that isn't really even recognizable as Polaris. I will occasionally get a head-shot but only under special circumstances and, if they only sketch profiles, I won't get them in any of my sketchbooks because I really dislike profile sketches and I want my books to be top-level.

I reminded him that I had asked for a full-figure and then had to prod him for a partial refund. It's not a "bad" piece of art (I couldn't draw it) but it wasn't anything like I envisioned or wanted in my book, nor what I asked for, and I felt very disregarded as a customer.
