This piece was done by Tim Truman in 1979, his first year at the Joe Kubert School.
It looks super 3D and organic. A very fun piece to hold in person!

On a heavy 11" x 14" art board. Address removed to protect anyone who might still have an apartment in New Jersey 42 years later!

The contrast of the organic soft and furry texture surrounded by the high tech manufactured space capsule decor gets full marks if the homework assignment was to bring the feel of two different experiences onto one drawing. Very tightly drawn and very detailed using wash and inks.

Super cool! Earliest Truman piece I've laid eyes on (just look at that signature!)
