DescriptionI enjoyed Mark Brooks and Paul Cornell's Dark Reign: Young Avengers series, which introduced the Young Masters to the Marvel Universe. I'm excited to own this awesome double page spread (which is also my first complete story!) featuring the entire original Young Masters lineup: Melter, Coat of Arms, Egghead, Big Zero, Executioner, and Enchantress. I'm even MORE excited about that awesome shot of Thor in-flight! Mark Brooks is responsible for all the art-- I have included a picture of the published pages so you can see his great digital colors as well!Social/Sharing |

Gorgeous Mark Brooks work here, and, yeah - that panel of Thor is ki-hih-hiller (my favorite thing about the panel may actually be the inking on the house in the background! :) ) But these are really lovely pages even without that; a clean style and graceful execution makes what could be just a "talking heads" scene character-driven and fun to look at - especially important when the intent is to introduce a team of new characters (never mind just one new character)! Great pick up, Doctor!
