Cthulhu by Simon Bisley

This is drawn on the inside cover of the Simon Bisley sketchbook that was available via Kickstarter in October of 2020 (final day of the campaign was Halloween). This was the "colour portrait sketch" tier and I upgraded to the hardcover edition since I asked for it to be inside the book itself. He said you could choose any character you wanted from anything, not just comic books, and since I'm a big Lovecraftian horror fan and had never seen Bisley do a Cthulhu before, I figured this would be a fun choice for his art style.
