Beta Ray Bill by Barry Kitson

I've been a big fan of Barry Kitson since his days on L.E.G.I.O.N., and have followed him onto many, many other books since then. I am a member of his Facebook Group and a while back, Barry and Caitlin (who runs the group) asked for sketch suggestions. I suggested Beta Ray Bill, and much to my delight, my suggestion was one of the ones Barry chose to draw! Shortly afterwards, Caitlin offered me the chance to purchase it, and I jumped on the opportunity! I love the wings, I love the colors, and the texture of Bill's skin! Big thanks to Barry and Caitlin!

Always special with a personal touch! The story that goes along with pieces add to the personal value. Was this painted separately and the linework exists as well?

I saw some pencils Barry posted on his Facebook before he painted it.

Wow, this is so different from anything I've ever seen by Kitson. In fact, I've never seen anything painted by him. Nice acquisition, Travis.
