From DragonCon 2021, a really obscure character: Melissa McNeil, the love interest of hero Jason Burr from DC's 1970s Kobra series, drawn by Joe Rubinstein (who had inked the final issue of Kobra and the Kobra/Batman story from DC Special Series #1).

Her headress and hair stretches the verticality to fill up the piece. Obscure enough of a character that a fine drawing of her is probably going to be the best one going in the modern era.
