DescriptionI have really enjoyed what I've been able to read of the Krakoan-era of the X-Books (X-Force, Marauders and the Flagship X-Men have been my main reading focus), with X-Force being my favorite. Yes, its got the crazy black ops missions, which are great fun, but the heart of the book has been the relationships, pains and gains of some of my favorite X folks: Logan, Domino and Quentin Quire. In fact, it shares some DNA from my favorite X-series of all time "Wolverine and the X-Men"This scene has Logan and Domino sharing a Krakoan sunset, with some Hellfire Whiskey. Two deeply damaged friends taking a quiet moment to check in on each other. Benjamin Percy, Joshua Cassara and colorists Dean White & Rochelle Rosenberg pull it all together, creating one of my favorite "quite moments" in my collection. Obtaining this page was also a highlight of my collecting experience, and the first time I was able to really digest a story, and have time to determine my own FAVORITE moment, then reach out to the creator and have it actually be available. Joshua was super fast to communicate, kind and shipped immediately. He also somehow found time to do a great Domino sketch as a thank you. Best experience I've had dealing directly with an artist and I look forward to watching his career continue to skyrocket. Amazing artist and even better guy. Thanks Josh! Social/Sharing |

Couldn't have picked a better page from one of the best young talents in the game!

Drunken island sunsets are the best. Not a care in the world moments where you can find peace with the world and within yourself. Cassara creates a scene that is just as potent as a battle page as it builds character and stakes for them to continue to fight on.

A wonderful moment captured by one of the best storytellers working today. An awesome pick up and a great interaction with the creators, doesn't get better than this. Congratulations!!!
