I wonder if they had the story first or if Kaluta wanted to draw this and they wrote the story just for this amazing cover! It could have been a classic if colored correctly. Inception feel to the cityscape.

This has to be the wildest cover of the series, and really shows Kaluta's imagination for spatial distortion. That's a wonderful thing to own!
That is an amazing cover. Early Kaluta is totally inspiring. The mid to late 70's had some amazing young artists changed DC for a brief moment in time. Loved that era at DC.
