Obviously ASM #121 & 122 are among the most iconic issues in the entire original run. Certainly favorites of mine. It's hard to imagine anyone messing with that classic cover, but this interpretation really works. It's a wonderful update with mostly new players (and one costume change). I love that, while certain characters have been changed, all the drama and suspense from the original have been retained. Great job by Angelo.

Thanks! That's exactly what I was going for when I commissioned this particular concept. Angelo went all-in on this piece. I highly recommend working with him as he does fabulous work.

Except for the characters and a change in the dialogue, looks line for line accurate! The paints are where La Rosa adds his flourishes to make it his own.

Wow! That could very be the best cover interpretation artwork I have ever seen. Nicely done!

This is fantastic! I love how faithful to the original art this is while adding his own artistic touches as well. Congratulations and thanks for sharing!
