Amazing Spider-Man #122 - painted cover reinterpretation by Angelo La Rosa

Obviously ASM #121 & 122 are among the most iconic issues in the entire original run.  Certainly favorites of mine.  It's hard to imagine anyone messing with that classic cover, but this interpretation really works.  It's a wonderful update with mostly new players (and one costume change).  I love that, while certain characters have been changed, all the drama and suspense from the original have been retained.  Great job by Angelo.

Except for the characters and a change in the dialogue, looks line for line accurate! The paints are where La Rosa adds his flourishes to make it his own.
