Description

I set up a series of sketches with Eduardo (through his son, Nicolas) a little over a month ago, for five Universal Monsters.

Originally, Eduardo was scheduled to appear at NYCC, but because of Covid and certain vaccine restrictions, he was unfortunately unable to attend. The pieces were to be picked up at the show and payment made then, but he was able to accommodate and do at home commissions to be mailed. Payment was made and on the second day of NYCC the pieces arrived in the mail!

Perfect timing and a beautiful set of illustrations. I had a feeling Eduardo's stark black and white style would work well with these classic monsters. I've posted each character individually and as well I'll post an image of all five together.

6"x9" on Bristol paper.
