Description

Here's another animation cel of Janine Melnitz and Louis Tully as seen in one of my favorite episodes of The Real Ghostbusters: "Partners in Slime."

In this scene, Janine and Louis are held captive in the clutches of Poso, the would-be "Ghostfather," serving as bait for the Ghostbusters. Though captive, Janine never looses her ability to sass, which an annoyed Poso repays with a disgusting bellow.

This is a hand-painted painted acetate cel. For comparison's sake, a screencap of the cel in its final form taken from the Amazon PrimeVideo digital copy, around the 18 minute, 35 second mark.

Most of us that watched the ground breaking show can remember these two that would be played to annoy and frustrate the heck out of April and the audience.

Sounds like you are confusing Janine and Louis with Irma and Vernon from TMNT!

It might be. Anytime any regular humans other than April showed up, I wanted to see the turtles.
