I was/am a big fan of the 80s SWAMP THING Annual by Neil Gaiman & RPR, and this was a surprise bday gift that I never would've thought up on my own... which makes me love it all the more.

A throwback character that doesn't get enough play even when in the Vertigo realm of titles where they could revamp and reimagine origins quite easily with a good pitch.  So any appearance published or not is a welcomed one just to see people appreciate and remember him.
