A Feldstein page from Crime Patrol # 9, page 28, EC Comics. I've always thought that, as an artist, Feldstein seemed a little out of place in the EC lineup, nowhere near as polished as most of the others. His contributions as writer and editor may have been more central at EC and for MAD, but his drawing has an awkward strength which worked well for monsters and gangsters especially. (Purchased on ebay, 2002)

Feldstein had a distinctive style that I enjoy.

Although as you say it was his writing/editing skills which made the man great.
