Fantastic Ra's al Ghul page ! This issue played like a very engaging blockbuster movie with lots of action and some cool twists. Nolan and Hanna's art shined in this one !
The milestone anniversary kicks off with this new storyline that is actually a classic. Ra's and Talia are at it again trying to kill the population to rebuild the world as utopia. The mid 90's saw superhero comics circle the wagons after the boom had ended. They leaned into retro stories to keep the hard core fans after all the radical stunts had washed out. Nolan and Hanna brought back old school art quality to the storylines and we get their modern takes on the material.
