DescriptionBatgirl #21 Pg. 17. Pencils by Fernando Pasarin.Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) battles Ferdie (the Ventriloquist aka Shauna Belzer's Puppet) on this page from Batgirl #21 (Volume 4, started in 2011, this issue released August 2013), written by Gail Simone. Again it's harder to scan these pencil only pages, but you can see the nice level of details in the pencils by looking at the full rez scan and zooming in. Also included the published page in additional images section. The "Once You Go Wood, You'll Never Have It So Good" line honestly had me cracking up when I first read it lol. Jonathan Glapion did the inks on this issue and the subsequent 5 issues in the run or so I believe. So I assume there may be a blue lines page out there with his inks somewhere, or perhaps he inked digitally. Not sure honestly, as I didn't go after this piece directly myself, so I don't have all the info. Shout out to Nick Barrucci who threw this page in as a bonus/gift for FREE back in May, when I bought something else off one of his EXP channel shows. Really nice gesture. Thanks again, Nick! This is a beautifully pencilled page, nice and tight, with gorgeous Batgirl images. Pretty damned good for FREE!

I'm sorry. I see what they were going for on the ceiling in the final art. But after my initial first glance at the first panel of the pencils all I can see now are fart bubbles releasing from the exertion of his leap. If a wooden dummy farts in the woods, does it make a sound?

She kicked him pretty hard for that line. KRAKA-CREEP! Those are some tight pencils, and I dig those great horizontal battle panels. Great page, especially for the low, low price of free! Pretty sweet throw in here. Congrats!
