A Pin Up of Victoria Arkwright done for a poster for Comics 2000 Festival in Bristol.
I have never seen the published image.
Victoria is the daughter of Queen Anne and Luther Arkwright and destined to inherit the throne of England.
The saga of Victoria, Anne and Luther is revealed in the mini series �Heart of the the Empire� a sequel to the Adventures of Luther Arkwright.

A great piece on its own from Talbot that has all his earmarks of Heart of Empire stylings from 1999. The hyperdetails on the landmarks are very true to them and his style. Tied to the convention gives it more history to the piece.
