Description

I definitely feel Werther�s design and art are an integral piece of the success of Something is Killing the Children, in addition to the fantastic writing of James Tynion IV. And that success allowed for the further world building of the spin off series House of Slaughter. I was pretty surprised at how detailed this cover prelim is for the issue #1 variant cover as it features full inks and only slight variations over the final cover image. I am definitely happy to have added this to the collection and I look forward to the future of the both comic series and it�s potential arrival on Netflix (for SIKTC)..

That use of crosshatching really adds to the chaotic feel of the piece that's perfect for the horror feel of the series.
