Man, Etrigan is having a really bad day! What with being a demon, you'd think the whole fire/heat vision thing wouldn't bother him much...apparently that's not the case! Anyway, a glorious splash page (?) wby Tom Grummett, featuring a powered-up Superboy giving The Demon the business!

From my favorite period of this particular series. Kesel and Grummett were on a roll with the story ideas at the time. And for what it's worth, I would totally list this as a splash page.

I really wish I hadn't sold this back in the day, long before I decided to make Gummett's art the focus of my collecting. But I'm glad it ended up with you now! Oh, and since this is specifically a "splash page with one inset panel", Michael is right, you should change the art type to "splash".

Superboy blasts Etrigan with blistering heat

Frying away the Demon's hellish meat,

Grummet killed this splash completely dead,

With crisp lines from his pencil, and wonderful ideas from his head.
