Description

Brett Booth is a modern artist who's work I just can't get enough of, plus when he pairs with Norm Rapmund, you get a pretty unstoppable duo! Here we have a super cool cover featuring Superboy vs. Psycho Pirate (who I originally thought was just some dude with Medusa hair until I did some digging)! Anyway, our Boy of Steel (is that a thing) seems to be having a rough time of it!

Okay, seriously though. Wtf does Psycho Pirate have Medusa hair?!?! That is one godawful character redesign. Thankfully, Superboy kicks as in more ways than one and is here to save the day and also the cover!

I like the way Booth and Rapmund shows these waves of power pulsating! This costume design probably had to happen as his original look would have him confused as a Harley Quinn related character!

I think Psycho Pirate looks really cool! And it's such a super dynamic overall image. Congrats on a fantastic Superboy cover!
