***I am not 100% sure what issue this was published in or the artist. The information I have is an estimated guess based on what I have been able to find. It looks like both Panini Comics and Dino Comics out of Europe published Digimon comics. Issue 16 of both publisher's series use a panel from Page 15 (which I own) as the Cover for that issue. I assume that the Panel would be in the same issue as the Cover. I also found a Cover for Issue 28 of the same series here on ComicArtFans with the artist name Julian Moore associated with it. The owner of that Cover told me that he bought a bunch of pages from Julian Moore and that he is based out of Spain and works on a bunch of European comic books. The art style is very similar if not exact and the artist information matches with what I already know.
