This is daily #23 dated June 02, 1961. Kotzky's photorealistic style is in evidence here - he never got the accolades of his closest contemporary Stan Drake, but he could sure draw just as good as Drake, arguably better in my humble opinion.

Yup, Kotzky has always been severely underrated as a strip illustrator. The composition and staging here is great!
