DescriptionChris Bachalo and Mark Pennington from DC's Shade the Changing Man # 21 Page 3 (1992)Panel 5 is Pennington original inked art over Bachalo's pencils (see the other image). Interesting notes from Bachalo on the left side and the bottom "Mark - Feel free to go onto blacks with some white splatter. Give it that hazy misty feeling. This issue predominantly at night.
