Published 1988
Chapter 10 in the saga of the High Evolutionary.
The story ran through eleven Marvel Annuals that were published in 1988.
It was collected in the Evolutionary War Omnibus published in 2011.
The High Evolutionary, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, first appeared in Thor 134 in 1966.
He was a scientist who discovered how to accelerate evolution and used his discovery on himself to make himself more intelligent.

It's funny, they couldn't have chosen an inker more diametrically opposing style to Ron Lim's than Tony DeZuniga, yet he shockingly still inked to look like Lim's work instead of his own, which he rare did. Props to Tony!

An under the radar major crossover back in the day. Great splash with all the fantasy cosmos look!

As Rubén said, Dezunga really went out of his way to support Lin's style. You can usually see a lot more of his style in the inks, but he matched it perfectly. And you even got an Elder of the Universe! What a sweet splash. Congrats!
