11x17 Tom Raney Batman Who Laughs. Pretty manical. Design of this character is too weird for me but Tom did do a great job on the piece.

He's just right for how he was designed. This conveys just the right amount of menace and vile disposition an other dimensional hybrid of Joker and Batman with a mix of their psychoses would produce.
