Batman and Superman team up in the story "The Quantum Inheritance" published by DC in 1984. Batman and Superman hugging in the bottom left panel is SOLID GOLD! Where�s Superman�s left arm, you ask? I think it�s in the Batcave. Randy Newman's "You've Got a Friend in Me" really comes to mind right now.
