Broken City doesn't get the love I think it deserves in the pantheon of great Batman stories, but it is an absolute gem... and so is this page! It's got all the contrast of thin line with pools of black you expect from a Risso page, but the contrast between Wesker's expression of terror and Batman's glee puts this one over the top.
