DescriptionAs far as I am concerned, the artistic portrayal of Supergirl by Ian Churchill and Norm Rapmund is second to none. And here we get both Supergirl and Dark Supergirl, plus Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. What could be better? Thanks so much for looking! Social/Sharing |

WOW!!!!! I know it's only March, but this is probably my favorite piece you've posted so far this year. Always love Ian's work, and this is an absolute beauty! Every figure is fantastic here, but really like the job he did on Supes and Bats in particular. Congrats on this incredible DPS my friend.

Poor Bats...only one that can't fly. Churchill always draws large characters well!

What an awesome DPS! Killer depictions, and the fact that it's a DPS means there's enough room to properly give each character the right amount of space across both pages. Love the way it's set up. Big congrats!

Churchill has such clean and precise lines for his characters, I really enjoy his art. Great piece featuring so many characters.

I tried for this too, but totally spaced it out the day it went up haha! But another case in which we both go after the same thing!

A lot of heavy hitters on display here, Paul! Nice pencils, especially the sketchy lines on Batman. Btw, I didn't even know there was a Dark Supergirl! Great looking piece, man!

This drips with intensity with the Booth / Rapmund hyper detailed style! The double splash brings these Titans of the DC universe in full focus and presented in their full regal majesty!

Yeah Churchill was darn good. And this is a perfect example.
But nobody was better than Swan!

Yeah I think I got a bit over-excited when I posted this DPS, cuz it is such a stunning example, and I just loved Churchill/Rapmund's run on Supergirl. But oh yeah, Curt Swan drew an absolutely beautiful Supergirl. Thank you for your comment!

"All this heat vision, and I have to stand down here using a laser? Should I cut a few cubes for your drinks? Grumble, rumble, grrr..." The Trinity plus two Supergirls? Yeah, that'll work as a Churchill DPS. What a great scene, and crisp as can be. Nice score, Paul. Congrats!

Lotsa super folk here...which one doesn't belong? ;) Sweet DPS, Paul! I'm liking the pose choices Churchill made for each - all blends to tell a nice story in this pin up. Congrats, man!

I had high hopes for this supergirl run. When I 1st read this story but the 2nd arc just killed it for me. So to see the raw art of one of the better supergirl stories is a real treat.
