This 9 page story Bill says is one of his personal favorites, with Black Phantom and the Red Mask.
The Mag. Enterprises only ran 2-issues (1954). AC Comics brought you 3-issues. This is the 9 page story, "Red Mask Reforms the Black Phantom" kicks off Black Phantom #3 and is based on Frank Bolle's story in Red Mask #49, May-June 1955.

My camera lighting was much better when I photographed this page.:-)

Wonderfully teases the audience on what is underneath the towel and teases what will become of this character! The caged heat is too hot to be contained.
