Wonder Woman #91 (1994) unused cover prelim

Diana and Artemis face off in combat using giant maces. The final cover, seen in the additional image, displays both their faces more fully while Diana blocks a blow from her rival Artemis as the two compete for the title of Wonder Woman. My prelim version is a bit off square on very thin paper, making me wonder whether Bolland was using some other image underneath for reference. The top right corner has a barely visible brown stain which for some reason is more obvious and orange on the scanned image. The paper is a little smaller than 9x12. Very nice textures on the wood and hair.

The general notion of the cover seems to have come from issue #206, in which Wonder Woman duels Nubia while chained to her hand and foot. See additional images. This time Wonder Woman is barefoot too, which seems more fair.
