I always look forward to seeing Rick Burchett at a convention - he is so approachable and has great stories to tell. It's a thrill just to look through his portfolio, and I kept returning to this piece which he said was a double-paged spread from a children's book (if anyone knows which one, I would love to hear). I'm a Leo so I figured it was meant to be! 14"x17" on illustration board and signed at the bottom.
