I remember this series so well, especially the first issue. I had a dog eared copy of it for sure. I am looking for more pages from this issue but it’s great to find this one in a binder here at Lake Como. Have been seeing more and more lately so please let me know if you have another Mignola WoK page to sell.

Those are really cool designs and looks like the same kind of aesthetic they used for Krytonian robots and ships in the movie Man of Steel.

Beautiful page by Mignola. The three "World of" miniseries that Byrne wrote remain some of my favorite Superman-related comics.
