Adventure 393 page 3 by Schaffenberger

Even when an origin has been told several times before, it's always quite a coup to land a page from one of those retellings because they're still considered rare, as very few collectors can own one. Schaffenberger's pencils and inks are so slick and beautiful. Great pickup!

This is a nice twist of the origin story as it is part of the mystery why th roommate know so much.  Has Streaky the Super-Cat been whispering in her ear while she sleeps?  Has she discovered Supergirl's secret diary?  Or may she copied her homework from the many comics that have told and retold the origin of Kandor?   Is she the real Supergirl and Linda was jealous and made up being Supergirl as her jealous fantasy?  All of these can be true because Kurt Schaffenberger is the perfect choice to draw good girl art in what ever the situation calls for.
