The Eighth Immortal 3 Cover

The third cover to my series. This is my personal favorite, and a triumph from Tiffany. Aside from the striking image itself, kit is laced with references and symbolism from the book. A young boy, her son, clutches Curipan as he disintegrates into pieces of pure energy. Tiffany again draws from classical reference here in Curipan's pose. I particular love the way her garment is rendered. This issue sees us dive into Curipan's past and a traumatic experience with her son. The torches behind them represent a mob coming for Curipan, and the flower she holds is the avatar of the earth goddess which gave Curipan her immortality long ago.
