I love Mizuki-san's work. GeGeGe No Kitaro is a favorite manga of mine. I now have 3 pieces of art by him which I think encompass most of his signature art style. I was originally going to look at getting this one restored but after it arrived today and having seen it in person I have changed my mind(for now). I like the way it looks, tape stains and all. I think it adds some charm and weight to the piece. I suspect there is something lost in translation with the title.

I would keep the tape stains too. It is part of the process and comics wouldn't be comics without the production aspect about it. There as some great drawings and cartooning going on in these panels. Congrats.
