Vicki Grant goes solo in this story turning into Sparrow Hawk as she takes on Sky Raider. This is the final story page and teases the breakup of the team of the Dial H team of this era, Vicki Grant and Chris King.

Early artwork by Von Eeden. And for those into birth pages this would be the birth issue of Sparrow Hawk. Also check out the use of zip-a-tone. This is also among earliest work for Mahlstedt being among his first assignments during his first year in comics.

Page is in overall very good condition showing normal wear for its age and handling. Artboard is off-white/slightly yellow in color. Blue pencil and white-out were used as part of the creative process. Fourth panel contains a stain on the word balloon as it appears that a word balloon correction paste-on fell off and was lost.

Fantastic. I mat be forgetting something obvois vut I don't remember Von Eeden and Mahlstedt together much. They are a nice combo.
