Description

Carlos is a talented artist who has worked in animation for many years. In the late 90’s or early 2000’s, a group of artists led by Tim Biskup held art get togethers and auctions called Burning Brush. I was lucky enough to snag this painting by Carlos at one of the auctions.

Love the graphic nature of this. The tree is especially nice..and the red monkey reminds me very slightly of the European comic Marsupilani.. fun pick up!

Wonderfully uses the bright coiled tail around the tree to bring the 3D look to the flat look.
