DescriptionHappy to have added a wonderful sequence of pages from the Wig Wam Bam storyline. Centered around poor Ray D in an existential crisis after believing himself to be dumped by Danita. All his past rejections reject him once again in the theater of his mind and yet he can't stop thinking about Maggie. Theater being a good word as Jaime is able to demonstrate the silence and loneliness of Ray D so well.Simultaneously we get the kids of Hoppers playing around imagining for crazy things about the Witch Lady, Izzy. Jaime shifts to a Dennis the Menace/Ketcham style whenever he draws kids. It's quite endearing and glad to have an example of that. Very nice elements in here including a cameo of Izzy high tailing it in search of Hopey, the flyers/milk cartons that were mysteriously made of a missing Hopey, and an awesome Jaime Wonder Woman! Thanks so much Jim for parting with these pages. Social/Sharing |

The addition of these versatile and beautiful Hernandez pages clearly answers the question. Jason, we do indeed know how to have a club.

Staggeringly good. Great point on how Ketcham-inspired Jaime's work can be, especially when drawing kids.

Yes! This was the other option. Think both must have influenced Jaime.

Beautiful cartooning - BEAUTIFUL - but it's the first four panels that kill me here, with Jamie's pitch-perfect character dialogue married to all their expressions... And then watching Ray fade away, slowly, into the rear-view mirror... only we know no one is looking back. Brilliant. Another stellar add, Jason! Congrats!
