Description

A yet one last (featuring a different concept) of Dave Darrow's set of original comps for "Back to the Future III" (1990). Done at Tom Martin's. Even though they always knew the final one sheet would follow Drew's previous posters, the studio and the agency spent a long time exploring additional options for b-styles and advance teaser posters.

The columns make the Roman numeral for 3. For a time travel movie, using that would make you think they travelled to ancient Rome. It is still very cool that they took the concept to putting in a days work to illustrate it so completely. Rarely seen for movie historians and us fans who love the trilogy.
