Her powers are all not known, however she possesses superhuman strength, can turn intangible and can possibly teleport. She carries a lance but it not known if it is tangible or just a manifestation of her powers.
She claims to serve an entity called Universality who wages battle at the end of time with another entity, the Great Mind. Futura battles Wampus, a servant of the Great Mind across several timelines.
