Description

Published 1988.
Reflecto's first appearance was actually on the cover of Adventure Comics #354 (1967) as a statue of fallen hero in the Legion Hall of Heroes in a story where Superman travels farther into the future and meets the adult Legion.
Later Ultra Boy is thought to have died in Legion of Super-Heroes #273 (1981) and the Legion erects a statue in his honor. However he survived and returned by taking over Superboy's body as Reflecto. Once his body was found and reunited with his mind, the Legion changed the statue of Ultra Boy to Reflecto.
Later during the Fiver Years Later period, it was revealed that a Rimborian, Stig Ah gained the power to reflect any object or energy directed at him and took the name Reflecto. He later joined the Legion and was killed by the Molecule Master.

I always felt that the first coming of Reflecto was contrived and a bit of a cop out.
The second coming suffered from continuity issues that could only be explained away by alternate time lines.
