Description

With the advent of the Clone Wars, the sworn peacekeepers of the Republic find themselves thrust into battle as generals in the struggle against the Separatists.

Jedi Master Mace Windu has assembled a small covert team � comprised of Jedi Knights Kit Fisto, Prosset Dibs, and Rissa Mano � to investigate Separatist activity on the remote planet Hissrich. On this page Fito and Dibs navigate subterranean caves, and their large local fauna, as they try to return to the surface to rejoin Windu and Mano.

Roberto Poggi inks over Denys Cowan blue lines. Cowan pencils exist out there on a separate board. I have a couple examples of Denys' work already, glad to add examples of Roberto's inking from the series.

Bluelines or pencils, Cowan's energy comes blazing through - a perfect page to showcase his work. The excellent inking does not hurt!

I have to say, the few instances where I have obtained examples with the pencils and inks on separate boards makes great comparison and study when flipping through portfolios. And it adds the challenge of marrying matching boards back together to the OA hunt. Cowan indeed has strong dynamic pencil lines. I am glad some of the pages from this series have surfaced at auction recently.
