DescriptionI was joking with some friends that doing the CAF picks this week got expensive because one tends to see a LOT of squirrels.Unless, the squirrel is reasonably priced, then it becomes a no-brainer. I saw this piece posted early, reached out, and received it 2 days later in a fantastically easy transaction. Yay CAF! I've been quite taken with it subsequently - it's a compelling image, and the color work is savant level great. I simply love how the background is the same colors as the central image. Likewise the Ring's glow is handled well - green on his white glove but then white on the green around it. No evil is escaping this guy's sight. Social/Sharing |

really nice classic GL pose. as Ruben said that white light effect from the ring really pulsates out amid the green and black background.very nice pick up.

The blending of the background colors with the character, as you have mentioned works mind blowingly well! This is a beautiful piece and it sounds like it was the right price. What we have here is a top tier squirrel and it doesn't get any better than that.

Absolutely stunning Green Lantern sketch! Love the way the background colors echo the colors of GL! Great pick-up!
