Nicely done 11.5 x 12.5-inch Brinkley art done for an unknown Hearst publication.
Don't have a tear sheet on this one, if you do, please let me know!

'35 was late in her career, yet the linework is excellent and contains a few other of her hallmark traits, romance, a cherub and of course a pretty female face!

Gorgeous illustration by Nell Brinkley! I love pieces like this from the '30s and '40s! They conjure up the mood of a totally different time and place! Great find!
