PERRY RHODAN-Novel #1215 (Original Cover Art) - Johnny Bruck (1988) »Der Ruf des Stahlherrn« was episode 1215 of the German Science Fiction pulp-series PERRY RHODAN. It is still the most popular SF pulp-series in Germany and probably the most published one worldwide.

It has the street side cafe that you'd find in exotic locales but now taken to an outer space venue. Kind of shady looking, but a great place to find adventure and a local favorite. 5 stars just for the atmosphere.
