DescriptionPERRY RHODAN-Novel #25 (Original Cover Art) - Johnny Bruck (1962) »Der Overhead« was episode 25 of the German PERRY RHODAN science fiction pulp-series published first in 1962. It is still the most popular SF pulp-series in Germany and probably the most published one worldwide. This piece is the original cover for the first edition which was used for all 5 printed editions.It was extended on the upper part and slightly cut on the left side by the artist for the 5th printed edition (format change) This work is one of the rare early PERRY RHODAN original covers which still exist. It was created by Johnny Bruck early 1962 and the printed version was published first on February 23, 1962. Gouache on board. Not framed. Social/Sharing |
