Description

Mignola is feted as a master in the medium of pen & ink but I think he's produced some outstanding colour work too. Post Hellboy in Hell he took time off to develop his painting technique. I don't own any of his painted work so I thought this would be a nice addition.

Beautiful! The smoke is so delicately painted. I imagine that it looks even better and more vivid in person. Nice one!

Adds a nice dimension to his art style. The composition makes it look like Hellboy is an angelic warrior standing on a cloud.
