I would say that's Batgirl with the lighter wash color instead of the full black costume and the genuinely more cheerful tone in the pose.

Elegant.Shapely. Delightful expression with a well drawn cowl and detailed utility belt. Dan Mora brought out the "real" Batgirl here. Always great taste MT.
