This is cool and shows how much work went into the memorable cover. The series was meant to be a new beginning out of the clone saga, but editorial wanted to continue the storylines. The Spidey design here is one of the most memorable coming out of the saga!

Yes you are totally right. I love the design of Ben Reilly's Spider-Man costume.
